Q: How is the product delivered?
Your order will be securely packaged and delivered via standard courier or pallet freight, depending on the size and quantity of the items. For larger orders, pallet delivery may be arranged, and we’ll contact you with the details beforehand. Delivery is to ground level only.
Q: Can I return or exchange the product?
A: Yes, we accept returns for damaged or faulty flooring only. No returns for change of mind or leftover products.
Q. Do you offer installation services?
A: While we don’t offer installation directly, we can refer you to trusted partner installers. If you’re interested, we’d be happy to introduce a professional installer in your area.
